This is a tennis session for adults with learning disabilities. Sessions are run by a tennis coach and are fun and informal, with games and activities, music and a chance to learn new skills, spend time with others, and be active outdoors. A slower-paced version of the sport for male and female participants. These sessions will help improve your fitness, health and well-being and you don’t need brilliant cricket skills to join in, just a desire for fun and enjoyment.
These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.
