These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £12.00 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

We are offering Visually Impaired Cricket sessions for all ages, genders and abilities, with no past cricket experience necessary. Please phone or email to let us know you are coming so that we can plan for numbers accurately.
A Tennis course that's perfect for wheelchair players of all ages and abilities. Unless stated this is a supervised session. Wear suitable clothing and footwear, all equipment is provided but if you have your own racket, please bring it with you. Please contact your local Centre for accessibility information.
