National League Level Session
Our Wednesday evening class is split into three separate activities: general taekwondo, traditional patterns (poomsae) and Olympic-style fighting. The session welcomes everyone, from beginners to experts, and is is open to anyone aged 3+. We advise attending wearing comfortable sporstwear and with a water bottle for the breaks. Experience the specific aspects of taekwondo, and the first class is absolutely free!
Our Wado-Ryu karate sessions are led by Robert Camp who competed from a young age for England and continues to compete himself professionally. The session is open to all ages from age 4 and upwards - parents can join in with their children - and all abilities! Book Now! This sessions takes place at Tooting and Mitcham FC on the astroturf. The session is perfect for intermediate walking footballers. Normal trainers or astroturf trainers are suitable footwear for the pitch.
