A slower-paced version of the sport for male and female participants. These sessions will help improve your fitness, health and well-being and you don’t need brilliant tennis skills to join in, just a desire for fun and enjoyment.
A social, led, brisk, short walk which, done on a regular basis, can help you feel good and have more energy. Health Walks are led by trained walk leaders and vary in length to suit all abilities. Be sure to check with site to confirm the meeting place as it could be in a community setting rather than the Centre. All you need is a comfortable pair of shoes and possibly a drink.

Mainly seated class to help support stronger bones, improve mobility and daily active living. Suitable for people who are at risk of falling or who have fallen previously and are gaining confidence.

Our purpose built sensory room is designed for disabled children and adults, and also under 5's. Sensory rooms provide a relaxing environment in which can both calm and stimulate the senses through interactive fun and a relaxing atmosphere. Our online Tai Chi sessions are particularily suited to people who are unable to access face to face sessions. All abilities are welcome, you will be joined by our wonderful , experienced instructor Ruth, who will teach you a range of Tai Chi movements and breathing techniques. Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
Class is gentle seated exercise for less mobile members. Suitable for people with mobility issues.
