This is a fun class suitable for everyone, it includes some aerobic moves in the chair, some strength work using bands and weights, and a gentle stretch. First class is FREE, then it is £7 per class or you can purchase a monthly pass and do more classes per week. We have plenty of parking and are based close to town.

The classes are suitable for older adults who haven’t exercised before or who have started to experience a decline in their physical ability. There are two classes available: A Beginner/Intermediate class which lasts for 45 minutes and an Intermediate/Advanced class, which lasts for approximately 1 hour.
