All are welcome to this new exercise class with a difference. Improve your flexibility, strength and balance in a friendly, supportive group. Move within your own limits: you can sit, use a chair for support or stand - choose whatever works best for you. 60 minutes of exercise followed by a cuppa, cake and chat. GEMS is a friendly and relaxed dance class for over 65s which includes a mixture of seated and standing movement with a focus on everyone going at their own pace and having fun. GEMS is more than a dance class. It's about being part of a community, building friendships and everyone enjoying themselves. We cover a wide range of styles and facilitate the exploration of creative movement. Each session costs £3.50, your first session is free!

Mixed ability walk. Up to 90s minutes. Between 3 and 5 miles depending on the fitness levels of walkers who show up. Moderate to steep hills, faster pace and possible stiles. If this is your first Health Walk, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start so you can listen to a pre walk briefing.
