Our Qigong class starts with a gentle warm-up to calm the breathing and mind, and mobilise the body. Angela will guide you through the Qigong steps from the front of the hall, in mirror image, describing each of the movements. Weekly Club training session for junior members aged 8 - 17 years inclusive. Our Wheelchair Rugby sessions are focused on fun physical activity teaching young players the skills for participation in GBWR Junior events. We also ensure that players are supported to transition to the senior programme as and when required.
