Classes created with Adult Learning Disabilities in mind and guided by Jacky. Sessions to music often involve a storyline or theme appropriate to the level and ability of the participants. Helps improve mobility, fitness and brings about a sense of calm.
For people living with dementia and their carers. A fun session, with gentle easy movement. Join us for fun, friendship and relaxing movements, that can be done seated or standing. No special clothing or equipment or previous experience needed. We have a break with refreshments. No charge but donations welcome.
Trinity Laban offers weekly creative dance classes for people who are recovering from, or living with: an acquired brain injury, stroke, or other neurological condition. Carers are welcome to attend. No previous dance experience is necessary.
