Welcome to our walking group (or wandering group). This is for anyone who likes a walk, a little adventure, good company and cake! We welcome those injured and awaiting that green light to get running again, group runners who fancy a change of pace, new members who would like to meet us before coming for a run and those looking to build up some fitness ahead of a couch to 5k. Each paying ticket admits one carer free of charge. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8. These are: children 18M – 4Y = 1 full paying adult – 1 child. Children 5 – 7 Y = 1 full paying adult bouncing – 10 children. Over 8’s – No ratios apply. Trampoline socks must be worn.
