1 hour to 1.5 hours , about 3 to 5 miles, moderate hills, possible steep inclines & stiles, faster pace. Talking with each other is an important part of our Health Walk, so we’ll try to stick to a pace that makes this possible. A brisk pace is our aim – walking as if we are late for an appointment. Children are welcome, however under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult and must also be registered as a health walker.

Come along and join this weekly Wellbeing Walk from Silver Jubilee Park taking place every Wednesday afternoon. The walks meets at 1:15pm and starts at 1:30pm from in front of the hub at Silver Jubilee Park.
