PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
There will be a selection of club owns sports wheelchairs that public can try and also there will be some experienced players that can pass on knowledge so that new players can get an understanding of the positive aspects of wheelchair basketball.

We are a Wheelchair Rugby Fives club, so players with a wider range of functional impairment than the Quad or Paralympic version are eligible to play. If you are unable to play able bodied rugby due to physical impairment this is the place for you. Wheelchair Tennis Coaching is for anyone with a physical impairment or disability who would like to play tennis. There is one session per week - Saturday 1.00-2.30pm.
