Our purpose built sensory room is designed for disabled children and adults, and also under 5's. Sensory rooms provide a relaxing environment in which can both calm and stimulate the senses through interactive fun and a relaxing atmosphere. Flexercise is gentle exercise to music to improve coordination, posture and balance. Alongside exercising our bodies we enjoy time together which promotes overall wellbeing. Aimed at older people 50+ but younger people are welcome.
All our sports are fun and open to all age groups with the emphasis on sustainable enjoyment for participants.
