Our Inclusive Fitness Class is open to all with full use of our modern and functional gym and led by our qualified gym coach
If you see yourself as a future Paralympian or just an absolute beginner who would like to have fun, and learn, why not come along and join our friendly sessions held between 10:30 - 12:30pm on a Thursday morning at St Neots Table Tennis Club, Riversmead, St Neots, PE19 1RU. Our coaches are experienced at working with disabled players and this session has been running for the past nine years.
The Inclusive cycling sessions will take place on the Brickfields Athletics Track which is a traffic free, enclosed and level venue. Disabled Parking is available. Sessions are for any age, any ability, any impairment. There are a selection of adaptive bikes available. Currently we do not have any electric/power assists. Off-road adaptive cycling sessions for everyone from complete beginners to experienced riders. We have e-assist handcycles for those with the ability to independently use the equipment.
