This session encourages and promotes sport to people with a disability to enable them to be physically active. The multi sport session is led by enthusiastic and fully qualified coaches, this sessions gives participants the opportunity to get a taste of variety of different sports in a fun, safe and welcoming environment.
Walking rugby: one of England rugby's non-contact formats of the game! There is no tackling involved… Instead, a touch on the armpit or below are used. Played on a half pitch, participants must be working at all times. This session is available for all skill levels and all abilities. These are social sessions with a low commitment level, meaning you can join us whenever you like!

Athletics training for adults and children (above the age of 8), with intellectual disabilities. We are accredited through Special Olympics Great Britain. Athletes have the opportunity to become fully registered members, which allows them access to local and national competition opportunities. We also enjoy arranging social events!
