AFC Totton worked closely with Dimensions on local initiatives at the Snows Stadium - this relationship flourished and the outcome was the development of the Pan Disability team at AFC Totton. The team compete in the Pan Disability League, which was originally set up by The Saints Foundation and will be run by Eastleigh FC for the coming season. Wheelchair rugby is a highly competitive, full-contact team sport designed for athletes with physical disabilities, particularly those who have impairments affecting their arms and legs. The Fit 4 U 2 service provides physical activity opportunities for people with a learning disability. Their leisure centre sessions include a mix of group exercise and inclusive sports e.g. boccia, indoor golf, badminton, archery and kurling, which are adapted to meet needs of participants.
Cycling for people with a disability, health condition, returning to activity, with a number of adapted cycles. These include handcycles, trikes, recumbent trikes, wheelchair carriers and side-by-side cycles.
