First Steps - This is our shortest walk, 20 - 30 minutes, flat and even ground, gentle pace, no stiles, regular stopping places. Be.Fit Together” is our twice-weekly drop-in session at Laura Trott Leisure Centre especially for people with a permanent or long term physical disability.
