In-Person: Chair Yoga class with Sarah. Enjoy gentle stretches and movement using body and breath. There is always plenty you can do with the right starting point in this inclusive and adaptive class. Some standing poses may be included for those who want to try. If you have time, stay for a free cuppa and a chat after.
Diverse Dance Mix exercise class designed by Dame Darcy Bussell. Have fun learning new moves, such as Disco. Tango, Bollywood and American Jazz. Suitable for all abilities!
A swimming session aimed for over 60s as well as adults and children with disabilities. It’s a great way to socialise and relax in a pool environment.

A simple, safe and low-impact class. Ideal if you are older, new to exercise or returning after a break. Includes optional floor, tummy, stretch and relax sessions.

Fabulous fun way to improve or maintain mobility. After a little catch up we dance to warm up, strengthen, play games, or do some pair work, stretch, challenge our balance, and then relax with some breath work. Something to look forward to in the week. If you want to do it all seated, then that is fine. If you want to stand up for most of it, then that is fine too. I provide all equipment that is needed. All welcome.
