PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
This is a mental health peer support group on the move. Each week we cover a 5km route with the emphasis on having time and space to chat while exercising.
A Low impact sport and with adapted netball rules, the ideal option for those that wish to participate in netball, regardless of fitness level. Perfect for participants who a looking to stay active without the intensity of the full speed game. Core elements of the netball game still exist but the rules have been modified so that all players walk instead of run.
We run a recreational walking football session for ladies over 40 and men over 50. No experience necessary.
Gentle Pilates allows the mind to relax, body to unwind, and to find a deeper connection between physical and emotional being through the use of linking movement and breath. This class is a slow paced and relaxed way for beginners to introduce themselves to Pilates, for those who are returning after an injury or anyone who needs a light Pilates session. These sessions will ultimately help you to get out of back pain and get you moving better, feeling better and living better.

Monday group run offers a variety of running experiences all designed to make the athlete a stronger and more economical runner. A Monday may see speed work , trails, hills , endurance and ABC work as a chosen session. We are a Walk Run Group covering around 5 km. We also have capacity for those who wish to do a straight run rather than run/walk to do so! Please note that some runs may be suitable for children aged 8+ where the Run Leader(s) holds the relevant qualifications and insurance.
