Seashell Trust is a British Cycling Limitless Club. Limitless, is British Cycling’s inclusive cycling programme which provides cycling opportunities for disabled people, regardless of age, impairment and ability. Limitless Clubs have committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment. Clubs may offer integrated inclusive sessions, or separate Limitless sessions specifically for disabled riders. We are offering complimentary golf lessons via use of the Paragolfer, which is a specially designed vehicle that enables a participant with a mobility impairment, spinal injury, paralysis to be lifted in to a standing position. Once competent the user can visit any time to utilise the benefits of the Paragolfer, play golf and socialise in the golf environment any time.

Supported by Kew Park Rangers (KPR), a local Charter Standard Community Club, footballers aged 16 years+ practice a variety of techniques and skills to develop their agility, balance and coordination. KPR encourage players to join in competitively and socially. A team play in the Surrey Football For All League. Parents and carers are welcome to stay, watch or take part.

These weekly, fun and lively dance classes are led by Combination Dance Company and are ideal for developing gross motor skills, flexibility, self expression and confidence.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
