Walking netball is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”.

An adaptable class that responds to your individual ability, water confidence and focus. Perfect for returning to exercise, building confidence and fitness. Suitable for recovery from injury or managing a musculoskeletal condition as well as general wellbeing. Suitable for all levels, these classes cater to individuals with different experience levels and abilities. They focus on improving core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Options are available both in-person and online.

A Soft Play session with a focus on children up to 10 years with special educational needs and disabilities. Adult supervision ratios apply. No outside food and drink is permitted. All junior tickets include 1 adult, all additional adults need to purchase a ticket. Socks must be work at all times.
