Our Girls & Young Women session is aimed at all abilities from the compete beginner to the competent. These sessions take place on the River Lea and the surrounding area and focus on safe, enjoyable learning experiences. The sessions are delivered by female professional National Governing Body Coaches and Leaders who have many years of experience of working with young people in an outdoor setting. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
We are a community archery club who cater for all levels of archer. Our AGB qualified coaches can coach to competition level, and we run regular weekly club sessions. Looking to try archery? - we run monthly taster sessions where you can come and try it for yourselves. The coaches will teach you basic tedhnique whilst you enjoy an hour's shooting with us.
We are a Club offering badminton for players with a disability/impairment. We believe badminton is for everyone, not just a few. We offer para-badminton and coaching in an inclusive, friendly, social environment.

Wheelchair racing group providing training for athletes of all ages 8+, from beginner to elite. Chairs are available for new athletes to try the sport and get started. Local competition is also available. Suitable for manual wheelchair users, frame users and lower limb amputees.
