Clyde Cycle Park is a British Cycling Limitless Club. Limitless, is British Cycling’s inclusive cycling programme which provides cycling opportunities for disabled people, regardless of age, impairment and ability. Limitless Clubs have committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment. Clubs may offer integrated inclusive sessions, or separate Limitless sessions specifically for disabled riders. Each chair yoga session will include: an initial grounding, some gentle joint freeing/spine mobility, modified yoga poses, gentle breath-work to calm and help regulate the nervous system and a final relaxation/meditation. Chair yoga makes yoga accessible to those who are either uncomfortable or unable to stand for extended periods of time and/or those who have difficulty transitioning from standing to the floor or vice-versa.
