Each session includes fundamental skills involved in each of the sports, as well as various match play of each sport.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
A Soft Play session with a focus on children up to 10 years with special educational needs and disabilities. Adult supervision ratios apply. No outside food and drink is permitted. All junior tickets include 1 adult, all additional adults need to purchase a ticket. Socks must be work at all times.
Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
An adaptable class that responds to your individual ability, water confidence and focus. Perfect for returning to exercise, building confidence and fitness. Suitable for recovery from injury or managing a musculoskeletal condition as well as general wellbeing. Handcycle hire of a sport-on XCR adaptive handcycle: 1-2-1 session with a guided ride to build confidence. Individual hire that you can do independently, taking the handcycle out with a group friends/family or just on your own. As an adaptive cyclist, access to a handbike has enabled me to explore areas that were once off limits, and do so at my own pace.
