Rhyl Raptors Wheelchair Sports Club is open to all and trains at Rhyl Leisure Centre on a Tuesday evening. We have three sessions that run for varying abilities. Although 90% of our participants are Adaptive or VI we are an inclusive club regardless of age/ability/religion/culture/ethnicity etc. Players range from non verbal ASD/Global delay/physical disabilities to VI ADHD and mainstream. Join our special session supporting the national Let’s Lift the Curfew campaign, empowering women to stay active and feel safe after dark. Take part in this community workout and help challenge the “silent curfew” that keeps many from enjoying evening activity.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
