A fun and creative weekly class, Dance Ability is specifically designed for young dancers with cognitive and/or physical disabilities, or who identify as neurodivergent. Led by experienced inclusive dance artist, Vicki Busfield, Dance Ability uses props, music and movement to boost confidence, physicality and social interaction skills. We are currently offering a Carers & Dancers class for children aged 5-8 years (School Years 1-3) on Saturdays.

Every Saturday come to Great Britain Top Team to train with ladies who want to learn kickboxing, self defence, get fit and have fun!

A free, run and friendly weekly 2k event for juniors (4 to 14 year old's) and their families. parkrun is positive, welcoming and inclusive. There are no time limits and no one finishes last. Parent/guardians who ultimately have responsibility for the welfare of their children, parents/guardians do not have to take part but must remain in attendance during the event.
