Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. I love chair based dance - it's a fun way of getting fit whilst sitting down. We dance whilst sitting on a chair to some great tunes, most of which you'll know and you can sing along too. Work at your own pace, just tap your toes, clap your hands and we're dancing! Suitable for anyone who would prefer to remain seated whilst exercising - older adults, beginners, overweight, unfit, disabled including wheelchairs, dementia sufferers. Walking Netball is a friendly and inclusive programme. It's netball but at a walking pace where rules are slightly tweaked. It has been designed so anyone can play regardless of age or fitness level.

GOGA Fit is an inclusive fitness class aimed at developing your fitness with a series of low intensity exercise that can be adapted to suit your needs.
