We offer swimming lessons to anyone who has a physical, visual or hearing impairment who would like to learn to swim. The lesson is aimed at swimmer new to the sport, and are delivered by highly qualified coaches who support and encourage all swimmer regardless of their impairment. The lessons are adaptable to enable all swimmers to grow in confidence, ability and self esteem in a safe and supportive environment. These lessons run on Fridays 7-7:30pm

The team is made up of adults with additional needs and plays in the Sussex disability league and has had some success in previous years under another team.
