Thursday evenings are our informal group run for all those that can run 5km already (if not, look out for our Couch to 5k courses). Everyone runs at their own pace - we use loop points throughout the run to keep everyone together! It’s a great opportunity to chat to people at all levels throughout the run. Our Tai Chi class starts with a gentle warm-up to calm the breathing and mind, and mobilise the body. Angela will guide you through the Tai Chi steps from the front of the hall, talking you through each of the movements. We will learn a new step or revisit and refine one each class, building on the previous movements to flow a sequence together.
