'Time To Talk Social' is a weekly turn up and play game where teams will be selected on the night. This flexible format will be led by an Alive member of staff so balls and bibs will be supplied, Just come along, bring some fluids, 3G footwear amd enjoy a social game of football.
Our Qigong class starts with a gentle warm-up to calm the breathing and mind, and mobilise the body. Angela will guide you through the Qigong steps from the front of the hall, in mirror image, describing each of the movements. We will learn a new step or revisit and refine one each class, building on the previous movements to flow a sequence together. Along the way we'll learn the health benefits of each move. This gentle, yet invigorating flow focuses on soft, therapeutic poses linked together in a flowing sequence. A slower-paced practice with a focus on cooling, relaxing, and grounding postures where students will be guided to connect each pose with their breath to harmonise mind, body and soul.
