These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.

A slower-paced version of the world`s most popular sport, aimed at the over 50's. Smaller pitches and plenty of breaks ensure that participants enjoy a safe and enjoyable return to football. The slower pace doesn't detract from the competition though - it`s much more than just a stroll in the park!

Upperdeckers paddlesport sessions for the over 50s are a great way to keep active, healthy and happy whilst enjoying the great outdoors on our beautiful stretch of the Regent's Canal. Go for a gentle paddle, have a chat and have a cuppa afterwards and share your experiences.
