Calling everyone, of any age, who want to get stronger, feel fitter and be happy whilst being active! This class will follow a circuit style, taking it in turns to move around a range of different exercises, suitable for beginners, for a total body experience. Any necessary weights or equipment will be provided. Please bring a bottle of water. Gentle Pilates allows the mind to relax, body to unwind, and to find a deeper connection between physical and emotional being through the use of linking movement and breath. This class is a slow paced and relaxed way for beginners to introduce themselves to Pilates, for those who are returning after an injury or anyone who needs a light Pilates session. These sessions will ultimately help you to get out of back pain and get you moving better, feeling better and living better.
Pan disability football for players aged 16+.
The club meets every Monday 7pm to 9pm at Calderdale college, Francis street, Halifax. Open to all ages after the age of 10 and any Gender. No special kit required. We play Wheelchair Rugby League which is an adapted version of the running game using a rugby ball. We training on a Monday evening 7pm to 9pm at York Sports Centre, Heslington, York, YO10 5NA.
