Each booking is for 1 child and 1 adult. Children (including siblings) who are outside the specified age for this class are not permitted. The only exception is for babies (pre-walking) who can accompany the parent/guardian and the booked child. Doors close 10 minutes after the class has started.

Heligan Gardens Walk As walkers arrive they split into 4 groups with different walk paces to cover the 200 acre site at a speed to suit each individual. Please make yourself known to any of the walk leaders who will be wearing a hi vis vest. The walk is a friendly, community based group organised by the Social Prescribing team at St Austell Healthcare. Walking netball is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”.
