Walking football for men and women over the age of 50. Matches usually based on a 7-A-Side format, 25 mins each way. A slower form of football which is great for steady cardio fitness, fun and friendships.

You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Preston Wheelchair Curling Club was founded in 2018 and is affiliated to Preston Curling Club. We are based at The Flower Bowl Entertainment Centre.
Hereward Heat is a club for wheelchair basketball players - experienced or new. Players include fulltime wheelchair users, those with mobility issues, and able bodied people. If you like team sports, learning new skills, high energy activity or just having fun, then Heat is for you. We’re always looking for new players, so please do get in touch. We train at Comberton Village College (CB23 7DU) near Cambridge, on Tuesday evenings. And play a few matches at the weekends during the season.
Walking netball is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”.

Limitless, is British Cycling’s inclusive cycling programme which provides cycling opportunities for disabled people, regardless of age, impairment and ability.
