This session is for anyone who needs support with their 2 wheel cycling. Whether you need help getting started, or fine tuning cycling skills, we are here to help.

Supervising adults free of charge. Strictly NO food, water only - please be careful. Maximum age 10yrs.

A simple, safe and low-impact class. Ideal if you are older, new to exercise or returning after a break. Includes optional floor, tummy, stretch and relax sessions.

Grade 1 - 30 minutes, about 1.5 miles, gentle hills, no stiles. If this is your first Health Walk, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start so you can listen to a pre walk briefing. You don't need any special equipment but be sure to dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes and bring a bottle of water. Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur.
