Fridays 2-4pm weekly friendly table tennis sessions specifically for people with Parkinson's. Accessible venue with ample parking. It doesn't matter if you are a complete beginner or a seasoned player. All standards welcome. Structured coaching and social time. Bat and Chat! Tea/ coffee and biscuits provided.
Improve your health and well-being by taking part in our Tai-Chi for Health Programme. Tai Chi is a low impact form of exercise that can be enjoyed by all ages and fitness levels. Develop your strength, balance and flexibility with a series of slow, fluid movements that can help promote relaxation. Every Friday Session 1: 1:00-2:00pm Session 2: 2:15-3:15pm. £2 per session. Chair-based Aerobics classes are a great way to get you exercising without the fear of falling. Seated exercise is good for mobility function, strength training and social inclusion
An adaptable class that responds to your individual ability, water confidence and focus. Perfect for returning to exercise, building confidence and fitness. Suitable for recovery from injury or managing a musculoskeletal condition as well as general wellbeing. Pre-registration is required before attending your first Good Boost session, please contact your local leisure facility.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
