This session is ideal for those with physical disabilities, mobility issues or long-term health conditions. Using our warmer temperature small pool to provide a calm, gentle environment for swimmers.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Our sports coaches are specially trained to deal with our members who have wide range of additional support needs. Our session allows people aged 12 and over to enjoy table tennis and boccia in a safe, supportive environment.
A fun session filled with football-based activities run by our excellent coaches Shahan, Jonathon and Zach. No football experience is needed! This session caters for those new to the sport, in addition to those wanting to progress their skills further! At this session, you will have access to: Games-based football activities Socialising with new and current friends!
