Wheels for All Clacton is based at Shorefields School, Clacton-on-Sea. Here at Wheels for All we aim to encourage health improvement, social inclusion and to provide adapted cycling for anyone with a disability or differing needs. We use the extensive playground set in lovely surroundings for our sessions and offers a range of cycles for all needs. A one-mile ride is just ten laps of the playground! The sessions are delivered by Wheels for All staff and trained volunteers. Helmets are provided.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Boccia is a precision ball sport, similar to bocce, and related to bowls and pétanque. The name "boccia" is derived from the Latin word for "boss" – bottia. The sport is contested at local, national and international levels, by athletes with severe physical disabilities.
Badminton is a very inclusive sport. This session is aimed particularly at adult participants who have an intellectual (learning) disability (Minimum age 16). If you would like to get involved with the great game of badminton, then this group could be for you. It’s the fastest racket sport in the world but don’t worry, we usually take a bit of time when we play! We start each session with a group warm up, just to loosen up and to prepare for the session. These sessions are SEND friendly environments, this will help encourage swimmers to familiarise themselves with our pool space.
