Walking football is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Wheels for All Clacton is based at Shorefields School, Clacton-on-Sea. Here at Wheels for All we aim to encourage health improvement, social inclusion and to provide adapted cycling for anyone with a disability or differing needs. We use the extensive playground set in lovely surroundings for our sessions and offers a range of cycles for all needs. A one-mile ride is just ten laps of the playground! The sessions are delivered by Wheels for All staff and trained volunteers. Helmets are provided.
Keep Active Move More Classes are an enjoyable way to improve stamina and general fitness working at your own pace. You can see the improvements after five sessions. This is a circuit based exercise program designed to keep you active and young at heart. The exercises offered are aerobic, strength, balance and stretching. Join our Guided Nordic Walk around the ancient Forest. Walks are led by our team of experienced Forestry England Volunteers. Our walks are suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, who have completed a NWUK Learn to Walk Course and are comfortable walking for the full 90 minutes. Please sign up at least 2 hours before the advertised start time so that we can ensure one of our volunteer leaders will be there. Please book in advance online. Freedom Passport Holders only.

Swimming - from lessons to Competitive Disability Squad
Accessible wheelchair curling! Open to all. We train on Wednesday's from 16:00-18:00.
Level Water provide 1:1 and adapted swimming lessons to ensure every child has the opportunity to learn to swim and develop a lifelong love of the water. In addition to our regular lesson slots of 16:00 - 19:00 Monday to Friday, and 09:00 - 12:00 on Saturdays, we can also deliver lessons on a wider variety of days and times to suit your requirements.
