A Low impact sport and with adapted netball rules, the ideal option for those that wish to participate in netball, regardless of fitness level. Perfect for participants who a looking to stay active without the intensity of the full speed game. Core elements of the netball game still exist but the rules have been modified so that all players walk instead of run.

Gentle Pilates allows the mind to relax, body to unwind, and to find a deeper connection between physical and emotional being through the use of linking movement and breath. This class is a slow paced and relaxed way for beginners to introduce themselves to Pilates, for those who are returning after an injury or anyone who needs a light Pilates session. These sessions will ultimately help you to get out of back pain and get you moving better, feeling better and living better.

Anyone who has a permanent physical impairment, aged over 8, can play wheelchair rugby with us. You do not need to be a wheelchair user to play. We have both adult and junior teams. Wheelchair Rugby is a mixed gender sport. There are two versions of wheelchair rugby, catering for different levels of impairments (4โs & 5โs). We also have a rugby league team. We play Wheelchair Rugby League which is an adapted version of the running game using a rugby ball. We training on a Monday evening 7pm to 9pm at York Sports Centre, Heslington, York, YO10 5NA.
