A 5 week rolling programme performing choreographed routines, moving to music and building on rhythmic ability, coordination, mobility and stamina. Classes are tailored for the age group and fitness levels. We aim to have fun, to smile and laugh and enjoy being active together.

A dedicated 55-minute session for those over 50+ that is both lane swimming and casual swimming, which also includes those with disabilities that require a quieter session.
Class designed for those that have had a fall, fearful of falling or those recovering from illness or surgery and want to regain strength balance and coordination, session designed in conjunction with Age UK
Walk with us to make new friends, get fit and explore your local area. Our walks are led by friendly volunteers – one at the front and one at the back - who are entrusted by Hertfordshire County Council to lead safe and happy walks You don't need any special equipment but be sure to dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes and bring a bottle of water.
