This is a free, weekly Badminton session delivered at Eclipse Leisure Centre every Wednesday at 11:30am to 12:30pm in Staines by Keith!This session is free to attend and open to all abilities (even if you have never played before!). A slower version of the game, it`s still netball, but played at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it, regardless of fitness level and sessions are taken by a trained activator. Don’t worry if you have forgotten the rules, as they will be able to help you on your way to getting back into the sport you love.
