Seated exercise is a chair based exercise to music class, which is suitable for all levels. 16+

Slow down, press the pause button, and find some breathing space. Join Phil for this easy going tai chi and qigong session. The class takes place on the ground floor of Silsden Town Hall. The sessions can be enjoyed standing and seated. We encourage people to go at their own pace and rest as they feel. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. You do not need a mat or special clothing. Discover Tai Chi is an award winning social enterprise.

A step by step approach to help you live with and beyond cancer by providing you with a range of tools and opportunities to enhance your recovery. The program is available to people across Berkshire and can be on a self referral basis.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £12.00 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
