Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £12.00 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Zumba is a dance fitness class inspired by Latin music and choreography. This is a fitness class that feels friendly and fun. It involves a mixture of cardio and Latin inspired dance. Zumba Gold is a lower intensity version of the typical Zumba class. Zumba is easy to follow, aids cardiovascular fitness, tones and sculpts your body and puts a smile on your face! We promise exercise has never been so much fun.

We are a wheelchair curling club based at the Peak, Forthside Way, Stirling, FK8 1QZ. The club has a session most Wednesday's between 12.30pm and 2.30pm from September through to March. The aim of the club is to promote and develop wheelchair curling. The club welcomes both social and competitive players of all ages and abilities.
