OFC offer multiple fun, safe and exciting youth club sessions every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3pm - 5pm at Naseby youth centre, Alum Rock, B8 3HG. Anyone aged 10 - 16 can come down and join, These sessions include pool tournaments, table tennis matches, arcade boxing machine tournaments, FIFA tournaments, multisports activities and more.

Our Qigong class starts with a gentle warm-up to calm the breathing and mind, and mobilise the body. Angela will guide you through the Qigong steps, in mirror image, describing each of the movements. A slower-paced version of the world`s most popular sport, aimed at the over 50's. Smaller pitches and plenty of breaks ensure that participants enjoy a safe and enjoyable return to football. The slower pace doesn't detract from the competition though - it`s much more than just a stroll in the park!
