Touch rugby is a great introduction to the sport and these sessions are a relaxed way of getting fit and having fun. Open to male and female players, juniors from 10yrs+ and adults, experienced and novice alike - all are welcome. We play to the ETA rules, although some are more relaxed than others to make sure the games flow, but all new starters have the basics explained and some coaching can be offered to the true beginners. Walking Netball is a friendly and inclusive programme, allowing women the opportunity to find their place in the sport. It’s netball, but at a walking pace where the rules are slightly tweaked.

Drumming every 2nd week. 7pm at NEMCA, Mondays. Learn to drum to a beat with the experienced and amazing WIMBLEDRUM. Drums provided, 1st part of the session is learning beats and 2nd part is drumming in a group. Hot drink provided in break free.

Calling everyone, of any age, who want to get stronger, feel fitter and be happy whilst being active! This class will follow a circuit style, taking it in turns to move around a range of different exercises, suitable for beginners, for a total body experience.
