PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
A fantastic way for your child to keep active, whilst having fun! Suitable for under 5's, this session includes soft play and bouncy castle. All sessions are SEN-friendly.
A social group for people with dementia and other hidden disabilities. Take part in a variety of low intesity activities like Boccia and Kurling, play games or just meet up for a chat.
