PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. All walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join us. The routes start and finish at the same location as advertised, and last between 30 and 90 minutes. We are running free arm cycling spin classes at the MoveWell Centre at the University of Birmingham. These classes are for everyone, all abilities welcome! The classes are run every Tuesday at 4pm and Friday at 1pm, starting from the 1st October. The classes will last 45 minutes, and are free to attend!
