Trampoline Coaching. Everyone is welcome. Over 10% of our members have a disability and we are encouraging more to join. We adapt the activities on the Trampoline to your specific disability. You don't have to be able to bounce, we use bean bags and can bounce you. If you can't see, we will bounce with you. Give it a go, it's fun.

The Paddle and Play sessions are open to individuals, families and groups of friends who wish to hire or launch sit on top kayaks, open canoes, and paddleboards. They are not Instructor led sessions. Sessions run on a Tuesday evening 6pm – 7.30pm, Saturday morning 10am – 11.30am and from June Saturday afternoon 12.30pm – 2pm. They must be pre booked, you cannot participate without a pre-booking.
