In-Person: open level yoga class at YogaSpace with Clara. Enjoy slow, dynamic breath-led movements with meditative space and seated breathwork. The classes will accommodate your ability, from beginners to experienced. Suitable for those with health limitations too. Please do get in touch if you want to check if this class is for you.
These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.
