This walk is for approximately 1/1.25 hours. There are a couple of alternative routes from the start depending on sign ups and the ground conditions. There are some gentle inclines along country lanes, farm tracks and footpaths. Gear 1 - A nice, easy and natural pace that you can do for extended periods with recovery periods where appropriate.
