Love to Move is a British Gymnastics class which is an age and dementia friendly gymnastics session. Specifically designed to get older people moving and functioning better, Love to Move uses foundation gymnastic skills, cognitive stimulation therapy and social interaction activities to achieve this.
A class designed for people following a cardiac episode, including surgery, to continue to be active in a safe environment.
Our disability multi-sport sessions are fully inclusive and led by qualified coaches or instructors. Participants have the opportunity to benefit from team games, develop their communication skills, increase their confidence and improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
