Our Pan Disability Football Team offers an inclusive and supportive space for children aged 8 to 12 years with additional needs or disabilities to enjoy sports. We believe every child should have the opportunity to experience the joy of sport, friendship, and achievement. Our sessions are carefully designed to ensure that all children can take part at their own pace, with activities adapted to meet individual needs and abilities

Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. Introducing Dance Fit at a spacious new venue with our instructor Kirsty! This is an aerobics inspired workout that challenges your core and can improve posture. Classes include fun cardiovascular workouts combined with toning matwork with small weights, to encourage greater flexibility while building muscle definition.
